We Are Ready!

We are ready — well, as ready as we can be! — to resume in-person worship services beginning Sunday, June 7 at 8:30 & 10:30 a.m. We will also be live-streaming our worship services for those who are not able or ready yet to be with us.

Here are a few important things for you to know:

  • Because we are limiting attendance at each service to 50 people max, you will need to register for the service you'll be attending. Register here or the button below
  • Parents, you will also need to register your children's participation in Mercy Kids Greenhouse programs (8:30 a.m. service only) using the same link.
  • The doors to the sanctuary will open 15 minutes prior to each service.
  • Our nursery will be available at both services.

Livestream

We will be livestreaming both the 8:30 and the 10:30am services on our YouTube channel

The Information
For In-Person Gathering

Hip-Hippo-Ray has provided a helpful video letting us know what some of our safety measures will be in light of the coronavirus pandemic. You can watch it on our WMC YouTube page! Here are some of the things highlighted in the video:

  • Love is our supreme value. Love is why we are instituting safe-practice protocols as recommended by health experts and the CDC. As we celebrate our return to in-person worship services we encourage our church family to remain positive, encouraging, and loving!
  • Masks must be worn inside the sanctuary; we will provide masks for those without one but encourage you to bring your own if you can.
  • We bless the decision of those who are not able or ready to join us in person.
  • We ask those who are not feeling well to stay home until they are fully healthy.
  • We will practice appropriate social distancing; this includes
    • Waves and smiles instead of hugs and handshakes
    • Remaining 6 feet apart from others (except within your family group)
    • Adapting how we receive our offering, take communion, and how we define "doing life together" on Sunday mornings

While things will undoubtedly look and feel different, we are excited to be together again. One thing will not be different: the beauty and richness of our life together as we gather to worship the One who loves us with an everlasting love.
