If you ask Dirk he'll tell you he loves working at WMC.  It doesn't get any better than serving alongside a church staff and a team of musicians who love worshiping God. He's enjoyed this life for the last 33 years (14 here at WMC) with support from his wife Diane. When not spending time with his wife or three amazing children you may find Dirk on a local golf course or mountain bike trail. His greatest temptations are fresh baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean ice cream. 

Lee joined our staff in a part time capacity in May 2015. His primary spiritual gift is encouragement; this gift has been a key motivator and basis for everything Lee has done in his years of ministry. In his 46 years of ministry Lee has served as a missionary in Papau New Guinea, a local church pastor, and campus pastor at Arizona State University. Lee has been married to Joanie for 49 years; they have three children and seven grandchildren. He loves a variety of music and often relaxes by playing his guitar.

Jennifer has been married to Pastor Graeme Sellers for 32 years. Together they have four beautiful children. When she is not driving kids around town or sorting through mounds of laundry, she enjoys hanging out with the family, watching movies, and scrapbooking. She loves leading the Children’s Ministry and sharing the Father’s heart of love with our precious little (and not-so-little) ones.

Haley is married and has five children. She was born and raised in Arizona. Haley also lived in Mexico with her kids for 10 years. She taught as an English teacher while residing there and served as a translator in ministry endeavors. Haley is passionate about youth, photography, and crafts!
