CORONA VIRUS UDATE

What’s next?

We are a family and we believe in gathering together for worship each week. Due to the situation with the coronavirus, we will still meet to worship, just not in person. We all know the church is not a building... it’s a community of people who care for one another. Thanks to technology, we have the opportunity to worship and do life together online.

Please join us by tuning into Wonderful Mercy's YouTube Channel. We will let you know when the service is available for viewing. We anticipate including worship, message, and prayer in this online experience.

Please understand that Wonderful Mercy’s campus is closed and no services will happen in person until government health experts lift restrictions on large-group gatherings.

Additionally, we are placing all on-site events, activities and classes on pause. This includes Life Together groups, Worship Team rehearsals, and prayer gatherings. Our Youth and Children’s Ministry teams are working on ways to keep our children and students engaged.

While we won’t be together physically, we believe anytime we gather to

FAQ'S

Why is WMC changing its schedule this way?

This is solely a precautionary effort to get in front of the potential spreading of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in larger gatherings. We have a responsibility to our church family and local community to maintain their safety. Church services aren’t being cancelled; they will just look different over the next weeks.

How long will WMC campuses be closed for services and events?

Until government health experts lift restrictions on large-group gatherings. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to give accurate updates for any additional changes beyond this on our website.

Are WMC Events cancelled?

All WMC events held onsite will be suspended temporarily.

Is the summer youth mission trip being cancelled?

We will make a determination on the youth mission trip when the date is closer. At this point, it is impossible to predict what the coronavirus situation will be like in two months. We are in regular communication with NextStep Ministries. If you or your child are signed up to go and you have further questions or concerns, contact Pastor Lindsay.
