  • Leslie Doss | Secretary

    Leslie Doss has been a member of Wonderful Mercy church for three years. She has been married to Hank for 47 years and is a mother of three and grandmother of two. Being a mother and grandmother are two of her greatest blessings. She has volunteered at Chandler Regional Hospital for eight years as a means to give back to the community. Over the years, Leslie has moved around the country and attended many churches. This has given her the insight to care for others with a heart of mercy. She has a strong desire to see God's body unified and moving out to grow His kingdom in the earth.

  • Mike Niileksela | President

    Mike became a member of the Deacon Board in early 2017. In addition, he is serving as a coach for the Jr. High and High School youth ministry at WMC. Mike has worked in the manufacturing field for 20+ years, leading teams of people through many successful projects and positive company growth. Mike and Jennifer stay busy with their four children, ranging from early elementary school through high school. He and Jennifer enjoy their time together hiking, sneaking out to a quick movie, or dinner date.

  • Jim Beadle | Treasurer

    Jim is our part-time Administrative Pastor and serves as the Treasurer on the Deacon Board. His spiritual gifts include administration, leadership, wisdom, and organization. Formally an Administrative Pastor at a California megachurch, Jim now serves as Director of Finance within Financial Services at Arizona State University. Jim and Beth have been married 32 years; they have five kids and 4 grandkids. If not working, you’ll likely find Jim mountain biking, watching college basketball, or playing with his English Bulldog, Murphy.

  • Graeme Sellers | recording secretary

    Graeme has served as lead pastor of Wonderful Mercy for 20 years. He is part of the national leadership team for the Alliance of Renewal Churches and is the author of The Dangerous Kind. He and Jennifer have four extraordinary children. He loves films (he wrote screenplays for a while), Americana roots music, and deep sea fishing. He serves as the Recording Secretary for the Board of Deacons.

  • Susan Corsaro-Johnson | Vice-President

    Susan has worked for years to help people find emotional and spiritual healing. A people person by nature, God has fostered in her, through her many life experiences, a deep sensitivity to people's needs. Susan moved here from Texas in 2010, and comes to the Deacon Board with 30+ years of ministry background, including inner healing, as well as teaching and missions. Her passion is empowering people to be all that God has called them to be. She is a retired flight attendant, has served on a Task Force for former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, and is currently a hospice chaplain, as well as manager of a homecare business.

  • A member at Wonderful Mercy for four years, Sharon has three beautiful children, four dogs and one cat. Sharon's childhood was spent on the mission field in Bolivia, South America where she learned to love and serve all people. She studied Bible from 7 years of age and grew up as a missionary/pastor’s daughter. Her BA is in Organizational Communications and she holds a minor in Bible from Biola University. Over the years Sharon has served at many churches in various capacities such as choir and worship team member, missions board member, Bible study leader, prayer team, prison visitation, and is certified to teach and has led Divorce Care and Mending the Soul classes. She has led Nursing home and homeless ministries, and participated in community outreaches and has a servants heart. Sharon's professional background has been as a Leader and Instructor for Southwest Airlines for the last 27 years. Sharon loves making new friends and spending time with friends; she loves the beach, spending time in nature, hiking, biking, swimming, writing and going to the movies.
